Community members, customers, and supporters nominate businesses that have made a positive impact in the communities they serve.

OFFICIAL NOMINEES

Businesses that receive the required level of community support advance to Official Nominee status, recognizing their achievement and community recognition.

TOP 3 FINALISTS

Official Nominees are reviewed and evaluated to determine the Top 3 Finalists in each category and city, recognizing businesses that demonstrate excellence, strong reputations, and meaningful community impact.

WINNERS

One winner is selected in each category and city through a comprehensive review process that considers information provided by both the business and its community supporters, alongside key measures of excellence, reputation, and community impact. Canadian Choice Award Winners represent the highest level of recognition within the program and are celebrated for their excellence, credibility, and contributions to the communities they serve.
