Nominations
Community members, customers, and supporters nominate businesses that have made a positive impact in the communities they serve.
November
Official Nominees
Businesses that receive the required level of community support advance to Official Nominee status, recognizing their achievement and community recognition.
December
Top 3 Finalists
Official Nominees are reviewed and evaluated to determine the Top 3 Finalists in each category and city — recognizing businesses that demonstrate excellence, strong reputations, and meaningful community impact.
January
Winners
One winner is selected in each category and city through a comprehensive review process considering information from both the business and its community supporters, alongside key measures of excellence, reputation, and community impact — the highest level of recognition within the program.
