Shawn’s involvement in property management began in early 2001. Shawn worked for another Property Manager on a part time basis and at the same time was employed full time at Wascana Auto Body. Shawn realized that this was not just a business that he enjoyed but it also had the potential to grow and achieve a certain measure of success.
While working on a part time basis, Shawn attained a few of his own clients and Shawn’s Property Management Ltd. officially became a company in 2006. Shawn’s reputation began to grow and currently the company has over 180 property owners and manages over 550 properties throughout the City of Regina. Shawn’s Property Management Ltd. has clients from British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Saskatchewan along with a few owners residing in the U.S. and over Seas. Shawn’s excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic has earned the respect of both owners and renters.
Shawn’s wife Tanya has always been involved in the Company but has now assumed a lead role. Tanya has achieved her Property Management Certification and is a licensed Real Estate Broker Specializing in Property Management. Shawn’s Property Management Ltd. is licensed under The Saskatchewan Real Estate Commissions in association with The Saskatchewan Real Estate Association which is the governing body for the management of Rental Properties within Saskatchewan. In addition to her Brokerage responsibilities Tanya oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and inspires to meet the needs of new and existing property owners.
In addition to the above, Shawn’s Property Management Ltd. also has additional staff members that can help assist you further, Christal (General Manager), Michelle (Office Manager), Ron and Laurie. Their responsibilities are dealing with the tenants needs, receiving and dispatching the appropriate repair calls, handling Tenant Inquires of Vacant Properties and all other items that may be required to service the needs of both tenants and owners.

Shawn has assembled in house maintenance staff along with excellent trade’s people that will respond at a moment’s notice. While they are not on a retainer, our client base is large enough for them to keep us as a preferred customer.
