Guelph Family Martial Arts is more than a martial arts studio—it’s a community cornerstone dedicated to fostering growth, connection, and positive change. Serving students from ages 3 to over 70, it provides a safe and supportive space for individuals of all abilities, including those with ADHD, autism, and learning challenges, to overcome personal obstacles such as fear, anxiety, and self-doubt.
The studio uses martial arts as a vehicle to instill life skills that empower students both on and off the mats, cultivating confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. Deeply rooted in the Guelph community, it actively supports local charities and organizations, such as the Children’s Foundation and Guelph General Hospital, as ambassadors of hope and positive impact.
Guelph Family Martial Arts is committed to creating a nonjudgmental environment where everyone feels valued and inspired, championing inclusivity, personal development, and meaningful connections. This studio is not just a place to train but a hub for building a stronger, more supportive community. Founded by World Champion Nathan Skoufis.
