Gateway Holistic Care Group in a care provider delivering respite and supported living programs to support children, youth and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Our mission is to ensure that our service users thrive while achieving a dignified quality of life in our boutique respite, transitional, and supported living environments.

Our vision is to deliver person-centered programs that promote healthy eating, active living, and holistic well-being.

In August 2025, we received a three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF International is a globally recognized accreditor of health and human services, and this achievement reflects our commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. This recognition applies to our six programs including community housing, respite and supported living services.
