Fynbos Bakery doesn’t appear to bake traditional breads or pastries. Instead, they focus on introducing South African flavors to the world through their “Fynbos®” line. This range offers herbs and seasonings derived from the unique Fynbos biome, a South African shrubland rich in botanical diversity.
Founded by Giselle Courtney, a farmer from the Wellington Wine Valley, the Bakery aims to connect people to their South African heritage through these unique culinary ingredients.
