We’re so glad you’ve found us.

At Dance Extreme, we believe every child has something truly special within them—and dance is a powerful way to bring it out. Whether your child is stepping into a dance studio for the first time or already moving to music everywhere they go, we’re here to nurture their love of dance while building their confidence, creativity, and joy.

Our Story
Since 1997, Dance Extreme has been a place where families feel at home and children thrive. What began in Dorchester and St. Thomas has grown into a vibrant dance community in London, Ontario.

Now entering our 29th season, we’ve had the privilege of teaching more than 15,000 students, each leaving a lasting mark on our studio and in our hearts.

Over 200 weekly classes across multiple dance styles and age levels
Flexible scheduling to fit busy family lives
Training (Recreational), performance, and competitive programs that grow with your child
Our Facility
Our 16,000 sq. ft. studio was designed with dancers and families in mind:

Six spacious studios with closed-circuit TV viewing for parents
Comfortable parent lobbies
Change rooms, kitchen, snack bar, and party/craft room
On-site DX Dance Boutique for all your dancewear needs
More Than Just Dance
At Dance Extreme, we don’t just teach dance steps—we help students become confident, resilient, and mindful young people. Our dancers have performed at local events, charity fundraisers, and on international stages, including the London 2012 and Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What age do you start classes?

We offer classes starting as early as 18–36 months with our Move Together class, where a grown-up participates alongside their dancer. Independent classes begin at 2.5 years old, where dancers attend on their own and start building confidence, coordination, and a love of movement in a fun and supportive environment.

Do you offer recreational dance?
