ABOUT BUSINESS

Coach Academy is a rigorous, boutique coach-training and certification school rooted in evidence-based practice, psychology, and human connection. We deliver ICF-aligned education within a high-touch, relational learning environment designed to develop present, credible, grounded humans.

What makes us unique is the integration of academic rigour and lived human experience. We prioritize smaller cohorts, experiential learning, and real practice over passive content consumption. Coaching is not taught as a technique, but as a way of being—modelled in how we teach, mentor, evaluate, and build community. The method is coaching; the outcome is meaningful, lasting connection.

Our mission is to multiply the impact of qualified coaching by training world-class coaches.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’ve been coaching on my own for years—can those hours count toward my required ICF coaching hours?

At Coach Academy, your official coaching hours begin once your program starts and you're invited to begin coaching. We'll guide you through what counts as a coach-specific conversation and how to accurately track your hours. If you're pursuing ICF certification, coaching hours you've completed independently—alongside the hours logged in our Certification Program—can count toward your credential, as long as they were completed after you began coach-specific training. Each session must follow ICF’s definition of coaching and be part of a formal agreement with the client.
