Heart @ Home ~Home Support Services Inc. is a compassionate in-home care provider servicing most regions of Canada. We offer non-medical support services designed to help people of all ages — especially seniors — remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Our services include companionship, personal care (like bathing and grooming), light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands and transportation, medication reminders, respite care, 24/7 support and specialized care such as Alzheimer’s/dementia care and hospice support. Care plans are customized and delivered by trained, trustworthy caregivers with a focus on dignity, comfort and quality of life.
