How long is The Program?

You can follow the program for as long as required to achieve your goal - whether it's losing 5 lbs or 100 lbs+. Each live session (offered 3X per year) is 91-days, and with our subscription, you will also receive continuous access to our app, private support group and guidance to stay on track, even between live sessions. You will also receive our Jump Start guide as soon as you sign up - so you can jump right into your weight loss journey!
