Here at RUFF, we don’t operate like your average grooming salon. From the moment you step inside our doors to the moment your dog struts out, their experience (and yours!) is a cut above.

RUFF functions solely as a 1-on-1 experience. We don’t book more appointments than our modest staff of two can handle. At RUFF, we care more about quality than quantity. Think of this like having the type of 1-on-1 attention that a personal trainer would give you in comparison to joining a fitness class with 20 other people!

RUFF books dogs by appointment only. We limit the amount of dogs we groom in a day and space out each appointment. Gone are the days of dropping off your dog and waiting hours on end for them to be ready for pick-up. Gone are the days of picking up your stressed and anxious dog because they were waiting in a loud environment, packed with other barking dogs. Gone are the days of having to pay an “express fee” to have your dog groomed immediately when they arrive. RUFF is designed to eliminate all of these issues by booking dogs by appointment only. Their time is dedicated to them and them only!

RUFF specializes in professional hand-scissoring grooming techniques and has dedicated hours upon hours (upon hours!) of training to finesse this rare craft. We pride ourselves in being able to give your pups a beautiful & personalized hand-scissor haircut. Here at RUFF, we aren’t just another grooming salon that will shave every dog coming through the door!

RUFF only employs staff who are 100% certified in our field. Absolutely no exceptions! We display our certifications with pride. As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to trust the person you’re leaving your fur baby with. At RUFF, we pride ourselves in making you feel comfortable, knowing your dogs are under the best of care!

RUFF is a cage-free environment. Creating a calm, enjoyable and stress-free experience is our goal for every pup coming through our doors!
